Planet Eclipse Chili Sauce: "Fire it up!"

For hot sauce fans out there you will understand that there is a constant never ending search for that perfect chilli sauce. The search between speciality shops and supermarket shelves to taking pot luck on-line for the one sauce that you can call your favourite. Don’t get me wrong I bow down to the king of all hot sauces (Tabasco), I also have the ‘I can handle anything’ sauce for those fools that have NO IDEA how hot it can actually get..... But finding a sauce that you truly can call you favourite, the one sauce that you always seem to go back to over and over again no matter what the food your trying to spice up is the search that is endless.

Well, I’m proud to introduce the first hot sauce that Planet Eclipse is proud to put its name on. I’m not saying this sauce is going to be for everyone but it certainly hits the spot for me and pretty much everyone at Planet Eclipse. When the sauce was discovered at a farm show in 2007 we just had to have it. Working with the South Devon Chilli Farm here in England to make a hot sauce which we believe to be pretty close to hot sauce perfection.

Lunch just isn’t the same without a drop or two of hot sauce and when the call comes across the dinner table for a sauce to ‘Fire It Up’ then this is where we reach so what a perfect name for it. ‘Fire It Up’. A hot Habanero sauce with a nice kick. This sauce will not bring you to tears but it will make your taste buds dance and scream for more....
